HOW IT WORKS

Meal Prep will provide clients in the Ribble Valley with freshly prepared, chilled meals that are delivered cold to your door. Our meals are designed to be reheated at your convenience, making healthy eating simple and stress-free. 

Weekly changing menus of 7 main dishes plus a breakfast pot. Prices start from £6.50 per meal, choose as many or as little as you like.

New weekly menus will go live on the website on Monday mornings. Orders should be placed by midnight on Thursday for delivery the following Tuesday.

Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday evening between 4pm - 9pm. The cost of delivery is £3.00 within the Ribble Valley and closely surrounding areas.

Our plans operate on a weekly pay as you go basis, no sign ups required.
